Orders in Lima, Peru for IN STOCK pieces will be processed within 24 hrs and our shipping delivery and pick up estimated time stands between 3-4 business days.
Our international shipping delivery estimated time for IN STOCK pieces stands between 3-7 business days. Once your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your detailed order as soon as it has been payed. In case you do not receive the confirmation email, please send us a message to the following email address: sales@munaofficial.com
PAYMENT METHODS
You can use the following payment methods through our “payme” platform: Visa, Visa Electrón, Mastercard, Maestro y American Express.
If Pay me rejects your card you should check that:
- The card is not expired.
- The credit limit of your card has not been reached.
- The card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
- You have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
¿Is it safe to use the credit card on this web page?
Yes, the card details are only entered on a page strictly owned by Pay me and transmitted in an encrypted form. Muna will only have knowledge of the operation result, we do not have access to any information on the card used for the purchase.

¿What should i do if i get a defective product?
Muna just sells items in perfect condition. However, if there is an imperfection, we ask you to contact us by sending a message to the following e-mail: sales@munaofficial.com and we will solve the problem as soon as posible.

If you receive the wrong item by mistake, please contact us immediately by sending a message to the following email: sales@munaofficial.com
¿Where will i receive my order?
We work with a door to door system, so you will receive your package in any address you choose to enter.
¿Can the delivery address be different from the purchase location?
Yes, as long as the details are entered correctly.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 business days for purchases in Peru or 10 business days for purchases in LATAM on all regular priced items. You can ship the product to:

Please send us an email to sales@munaofficial.com requesting an exchange, make sure to attach your order number. We would appreciate your feedback on the reasons for your exchange. We will send a form once your exchange has been processed for you to fill. We want to offer you the best service possible and your feedback will help us achieve that.
Once we receive the product and approve the exchange, the new product will be sent with an extra cost to the client.
THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
All our products go through an intensive quality control inspection before shipping in order to make sure we meet our clients expectations. In case you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately and send us a photo of the damaged product. Email us at sales@munaofficial.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
Product must be in its original condition to be accepted for exchange. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. Product needs to have all tags still intact and the liner.
RETURN POLICY
Muna will only accept money refunds if the product is lost in the shipping route and does not reach the costumer in 30+ business days.
In this case, money refunds will be made through the same means of payment used in the original purchase transaction. The time will depend on the back that issued the card, which is generally between 20 – 25 business days.
Muna may reject the request for exchange or return in case of non-compliance with the conditions mentioned in this document.
