What is a Pre Order?

It is a piece made exclusively for you, according to your order and specifications. These pieces usually take between 21 and 30 business days to be made and ready for delivery.

How do I make a Pre Order?

Pre-ordering an item has pretty much the same process as buying any style. Browse around our website and take your pick.

Payment

The purchase of pre-order items can be made with Credit Card only. Please note that pre-orders are treated as a standard order and the payment will be taken from your account as a normal transaction.

What happens if I order Pre Order + Available items?

You will receive an order confirmation email, containing both available and pre-order items. If your order contains both, we may ship the pre-orders separately, if requested by the customer. This may
carry additional shipping costs.

Please Note:

Pre-Order items are made specifically for you, and so, they are non-refundable.
Size changes do not apply.
